This truly is a place that combines both scenery and food of the highest quality in my opinion. The service team is also exceptional. Not only are they friendly, but the entire process, from welcoming you in to seating, taking your order, and serving your food, is truly international.

The bartending is top-notch, and they also offer non-alcoholic drinks, making them incredibly delicious.

Don’t underestimate their green and red sambal sauces; both have distinct flavors and are both spicy and pungent.

Unlike other restaurants that tend to favor sweeter sauces for international tourists, this place has a rich, nuanced spiciness and a nice aftertaste.

I ordered a vegetarian tofu green curry and specifically requested regular tofu instead of fried. The waiter was incredibly helpful, and the kitchen was also very cooperative, which was very touching. They don’t use too much coconut milk, and the sauce isn’t overly sweet, but rather has a light and fragrant flavor.

My favorite is their green papaya stewed with pork soup, which they serve you a bowl of before your meal. The green papaya is tender and tender, with a hint of sweetness from the pork broth. It leaves my taste buds piqued and a sense of satisfaction.

The pork dumplings were also amazing!

I felt the local pork was of very high quality and clean. The dumplings are distinguished by their minimal fat, yet not dry at all, remaining plump and round. The wrappers are also fantastic; despite being thin, they’re not soggy at all, but rather have a nice texture.

Even the seemingly simple edamame was cooked perfectly, and I loved the fresh seasoning on them!

I’ll definitely be back!

We tried both of the establishment’s restaurants: Sahaja for lunch and Asri Dining for dinner. The dishes were generally of good quality, although some points could be improved. The barramundi was far too salty (a point well taken into account by the staff), and the berry crumble tasted more like a compote with oatmeal than a real crumble.

The setting is chic and modern, but too dark for my taste, which doesn’t emphasize the cleanliness of the place, especially in the restrooms. The dark cloth napkins don’t allow for a proper assessment of their cleanliness, which is a shame for an establishment of this standing.

The wait at Sahaja was a bit long between courses, but overall, the service was very attentive and the staff attentive.

The value for money is good, a little above Balinese standards, but justified by the variety of dishes and the setting. An overall positive experience, which I recommend, with some reservations.
